Company’s Objective

The objective of the bank is to bring every household of the two hill districts into the fold of co-operative. Its objective is to take all the projects and programmes of the government related with the bank, to the grass-root level. By facilitating the people specially the rural mass with the banking products of credits and deposits, their economic standard can be raised to a higher level. The rural mass and downtrodden people should posses the guarantee cards of the government for their rightful living with self dependence. 

The bank can always help them to avail everyopportunity that is brought by the government’s new policy by including such inputs in its programme of financial  literacy awareness camps. This leads to the farmers to open their basic accounts and even avail loans and other products of the bank. Thus, to get associated with every individuals will be our purpose which will further lead to the objective of standing Darjeeling District Central Co-operative Bank as the leading bank in the two hill districts ie Darjeeling and Kalimpong.
